Control Cabinet
IP66 certified with a PLC Schneider Electric ZELIO SR2 12 10 100-240VACW with display. Schneider 32 amp contactor with 6.4-32 amp overload.
Manifold
Uses ¾” ports for both, allowing for a higher flow of hydraulic oil, reducing motor and pump fatigue and heat in the hydraulic system.
Motor
Coupled Mount 15 horsepower 3-phase motor 1760RPM. Uses a bellhousing and couplings to connect to the pump.
15’ Pendant
Allen Bradley 30mm buttons. ON/OFF Key Switch, START Push Button, EMERGENCY STOP Push Button with 100% and 80% full lights.
Aluminum Pump
A quiet, rugged aluminum gear pump, 15 GPM at 1768 RPM, with a 3/4" shaft. Engineered to deliver a fast cycle time, while focusing on longevity.
Hydraulic Tank
Designed to create more surface area, resulting in quicker and more efficient heat dissipation. The tank is on 6” legs to keep it off the ground and comes with a 2” port for a heater.
